Homes on Esprit Park is ideally situated. Transportation options such as Muni, Highway 280 and the new T Third Light Rail route are conveniently close by.
The T Third Line, which opened January 2007, runs south from the current Caltrain depot station along Third Street. This light and modern rail line will connect all of the Third Street neighborhoods to the full Muni Metro system, providing a vital link between the Dogpatch/Potrero Hill sector and the rest of the City. One fare on the T Third will take you to both AT&T Park and Monster Park, City Hall, the Embarcadero, the Bayview Opera House, and more.

Transportation by Bicycle

Getting around by bicycle is easy and convenient. The neighborhood is generally level and has ample bike paths and wide streets. The new Mission Creek Bikeway and Greenbelt project, an ambitious project led by Rails to Trails and the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition aims to turn the old railway corridor that runs along the bay on the east side of the district into a multiuse bike and pedestrian pathway.
