A Better Way to Build

Wherever possible, we have recycled original timbers and brick from the structure's former incarnations as the Schilling Wine Cellars and Esprit Company headquarters.
We have built the Homes on Esprit Park with a focus on energy conservation. All homes enjoy double-pane thermal windows to maximize energy efficiency easily and attractively. Heating is achieved with an efficient in-floor hydronic system, eliminating drafts.
The new buildings are constructed of steel and concrete, both materials are manufactured using a large percentage of recycled components.
The landscaping also incorporates many sustainable measures, such as, permeable paving, use of recycled materials from the site, use of recyclable materials, captured storm runoff, dry garden strategies, use of low-water plant species and a water-efficient irrigation system.
